I been going to Dr Wallace for over 25 years and he is always well versa on my condition/s and has explained them to me very well. He never rush while speeding time with me in the examination room. Great bed manners!
Worst doctor and delayed my treatment!
I love Dr. Neal! I have been going to her for 13years. She is so kind and understanding. She listens to the problems you are having. Gives the best diagnosis from test results, and follows you through what ever procedures are necessary. Over the last 13years, I have recomended her to all my family and friend's. They have all been very happy with her.
Heather Polmonari is a caring and compassionate NP. She listens, asks good questions, and provides immediate feedback. I recommend her whole heartedly.
I wish my appointment with Dr. Neal left me with even one good thing to say, but it this visit will go down as my top three worst experiences with a physician. I left in tears--feeling shamed, rushed, and downright uncared for. Coming off of a 6-day hospital stay, I had hoped to find help and guidance from Dr. Neal, but was instead greeted with complaints about misplaced information in my records (not of my doing), insults over not handling my need requests to her liking.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Burns about a sore throat and sickness that had been lasting more than a week with extreme tiredness. I asked if I could have my vitamin D and thyroid checked since I had a history of low Vitamin D in the past. She told the nurse to tell me no that I would have to schedule another doctor's visit for that. Really?!?! I hadn't even left the patient room! She also prescribed a penicillin based antibiotic when I also told the nurse I was allergic to it.
Dr. Wallace is one of the brightest, attentive, compassionate doctors I have ever met. So glad to have him. He is the same every visit and always on top of my medical conditions.
I would not recommend this physician nor the facility. She rush through my recent visit after waiting hour past my appointment time. Even her staff member was rude. I received no diagnosis. Overall very poor care! Do not go BMG Family Physicians Group Perkins.
I feel dr. Wallace has been a great dr. to me . He is the only one who seems to care about my well being.. I respect him and know when I need help he will be there. He is a great dr. and a good friend...
