Trying to get appointment with her is extremely difficult. I called on Feb 24 at 1:29. Frances said she would talk with Dr Donato and call me back. I never received a call back. Called again Feb 28 at 12:10. I was on hold for quite some time Finally Frances came on the phone and said she will reach out to schedule a 3-way conversation with the doctor, my daughter and myself and try to schedule an appointment at Hope Tower Let’s hope this comes to fruition
She is amazing at her job. This is her life goal. She loves what she does and is so perfect with it. I can’t even describe it in words other than simply AMAZING. And her team as well. She has nothing but the BEST working with her.
