Recently I was in the Emergency Room with a family member as she was being treated. Beverly, the nurse in charge of her care was fabulous! She was knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly, was patient when she was asked additional questions, very diligent in making my sister-in-law comfortable, and had a warm personality topped off with a good sense of humor. Beverly was a bright light in what can be a challenging experience!
Excellent staff. The therapists do a great job of insuring that your rehab gets you back on your feet as soon as possible. Very easy to schedule convenient appointments. Highly recommend Heritage Valley Sewickley rehab.
PATIENT BEWARE!!! Refused to refill prescription, answer phone calls, or respond to emails for about a month. When they finally did respond they assured me I’d be ignored again the following month, then hung up on me before I could schedule an appointment.
Laura does not know how to do her job and upper management also sucks
Left a form to be signed a month ago for an important blood test and it never got done.
This is an a very unfriendly atmosphere filled with ignorant people. Dr. lied to me said a prescription salve cream for skin burns is not used anymore and would not prescribe it for me. I went to another doctor and he was able to prescribe it to me no problem. It doesn’t surprise me that the few nice people that worked here have left this office for better opportunities.
