I am Blessed I met Dr. Beck-Torres. With her persistence and commitment to my health, I had two BEAUTIFUL sons after a very hard loss (my first passed day she was born). I have continued to use her as my GYN and she is caring, empathetic as well as knowledgeable and future forward. Thank you for my family and your true care! P.S. she also is ALWAYS happy! Always!
I am very grateful for Dr Michele Beck-Torres! She is not only an exceptional and skilled doctor but she is extremely caring and compassionate. I can tell she loves taking care and helping women, it’s a rare gift she has!! Arianna at the front is so sweet and efficient, she is always gracious and kind with all my calls and questions. I wish I could rate the doctor but I have no clue what kind of provider she is. But I can tell you her staff is very rude, they don’t answer the phones, I had an appointment and they let me show just to tell me my appointment was canceled and the doctor couldn’t see me for another two weeks! How AWFUL!
I've been seeing Dr. Beck for many years and always have had issues every single time I try to contact the office. No one answers the phone and when they do they place you on hold and then hang up. When you are able to finally talk to someone they are not helpful at all and are often rude. I needed a refill for a prescription one time and the office kept saying they sent the script to the pharmacy but the pharmacy kept saying they never received it.
