The staff are friendly, respectful and extremely competent. Everything was explained clearly, including testing procedure, results and recommendations. The representative was able to analyze my husband's hearing issues and demonstrate his recommendation in the same appointment. The recommended solution as experienced that day dramatically resolved his lifelong tinnitus as well as recent moderate hearing loss. The practice will provide and support a month's refundable trial. Overall a very positive experience.
Great appointment as usual. Nick listened to all of my concerns and made the proper adjustments for me. Very happy with the service I get each and every time.
