The agent, Justin was very helpful and patient with me, as well knowledgeable of products. Greatly appreciate his patience.

These people are crooks, PERIOD! I had a bundled auto and home policy through them and just because I wouldn't be in their drive safe and save program, (which is a complete SCAM anyways! Just like most big insurance gimmicks are) so they went and more than DOUBLED my premium! They offered a small refund on the home policy once everything was terminated by me, but they insured me from September 17 the due date until October 10th when I canceled my policy, but offered ZERO premium adjustment refund for the auto.
