I just called to ask how much in advance to order catering for tomorrow or can we order for tomorrow well the gentleman & lady started laughing when I was asking that question I do not appreciate the joking making of fun when I’m asking a question the laughing was very unacceptable when a customer is talking on the phone I will order somewhere else I was really looking forward for yall cater my sister birthday tomorrow but nope so glad that they thought it was funny instead of being professional
The restaurant is Excellent. The food is so good. The baby back ribs My favorites!! My daughters love the hamburgers. We have been visiting the restaurant for nearly twenty years when we go on vacation.
Great staff and food
We had an amazing experience at Michelbob’s in Naples, and a big part of that was our server, Phyllis. She was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. She didn’t just take great care of us; she also shared fantastic recommendations for other places to check out in Naples. If you’re in town and want great barbecue/ rib place and even better hospitality, ask for Phyllis. Highly recommend.
