We have been using Michelangelo's since we purchased our home in 2018. Most recently, we had James come out to repair a laundry pipe that was clogged/overflowing and unclog our bathroom sinks. Everything works perfectly now! I really appreciate that he showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was able to quickly fix the problems we had with our plumbing.
My water heater was making a very strange noise -- that stopped when the technician was here. But he was able to diagnosis it, find a rare part, and execute the repair without issues. I'm pleased.
