For awhile, I' I've been a frequent customer of Michaelangelo's Pizza in Apex. I've thoroughly enjoyed the topnotch service and my meals. During the last two weeks, a pattern has emerged whereby the provider is substituting items without the customer's knowledge and more importantly, the customer's approval. Items paid for are not being compensated. Furthermore, no thought is applied whether the customer can even consume these errors.
