Again, impressed with the customer care and professionalism of Omni Dental. I had an appointment scheduled but was out of town so had to reschedule. My hygienist, Andi, didn’t have an opening until July so I took that and got put on the call-if-a-cancellation list. Sure enough, got called less than 2 weeks after my original appointment. Had an emergency dental problem, no appointment, but Dr Armstrong, not my normal dentist, fit me and temporary solved my problem
Always a smooth, efficient, comfortable and well-explained process. My teeth have never been better! A dental emergency was quickly resolved.
The staff are very helpful felt at ease as I hate going to the dentist I suffer from panic attacks when usually I go the dentist but here they made me feel relaxed explaining what they were doing while doing my treatment a big thank you to everyone at the dentist highly recommend them
