Good dentist, no wait Been seeing Dr. Wicksall for years. I never wait more than a few minutes. The hygienist is great. I had a problem with a crown installed by a different dentist that she fixed in a simple, yet clever way. Concerning comments about up-selling, I have not experienced this. She pushed me on a mouth guard, but with my type 2 overbite, I needed one.

One less thing I have to worry about I have been going to Dr. Wicksall for 5 years now. All I can say about the Dr. and her staff is I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 5 YEARS !!! I am in sales and I make part of my living with my smile. Dr.Wicksall and her staff make it easier going to the dentist. I mean really, who likes going to the dentist !! Unprofessional DDS I would have to agree with another review that another dissatisfied customer previously posted. Dr. Wicksall has a lack of respect for any one else's time but her own, she is habitually late for her appointments. All she seems to care about is her own well being and talking/bragging about herself. Each time I have been to the office for my cleanings and she performs her exam she instructs that I need more pointless work completed in my mouth that is costly and wants to charge me more ridiculous amounts of ... read more
Uncaring self-centered DDS This woman is the most self-centered person I have ever met. She doesn't care about the patients time only her own. She is consistently late for every appt. I have ever had. I think that $$$ is the only thing she is in business for. My previous DDS was a good christian man, generous, kind and cared about patients, unfortunately he passed away and she bought the practice. If you want a DDS with compassion and who cares about you I don't suggest going to this practice. The staff however is wonderful ... read more

Great Dentist's Office I was recommended to this dentist by a co-worker and I'm so glad I went. The staff was great and very helpful. The hygienist I had gave me great information and I learned so much. I came away with a better understanding of how to care for my teeth. The Dr. was very nice and gave suggestions as well.
