They were able to get me in and finished in a fast manner. Service manager was nice and made some good recommendations.
Avery and Hap are the best
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I had my car towed because it would not start but would crank. I had recently tried to change battery of keyfob but didn't have the right battery. I didn't realize after that is when I started having issues. I towed it to them because I dealt with them years ago, now there are different people there. They kept my car for days and never updated me, I had to keep calling and asking what the issue is and they said they didn't know. Horrible customer service. Had a 12pm scheduled apt. They said they were behind. One mechanic pulls a car out, & then Some guy comes walking rolling a tires up to the place needing help. So they have an empty bay and take this walk in instead. This heavy set guy at the front, long hair glasses has some lame excuse. Then the mechanic working there helps some other random on a kid motorcycle to fix a leak.. JUST HORRIBLE!
