Complete negligence, zero accountability, and corporate runarounds. My mom brought her 2024 Nissan Sentra SV to the W. Mitchell Ave location for a routine oil change. The technician removed the factory engine splash shield to access the filter and completely failed to reinstall it. Upon hitting highway speeds immediately after leaving, the underside of the car began flapping violently because the wind pressure caught the loose plastic wheel well liners that had lost their center anchors.
