I needed a tired badly, was stranded on a tow truck because the insurance company had me towed to a place that wasn't even opened, Michael's wasn't able to get me in today but Adrienne (worker) was sooooo helpful and called around to help find a place for me that could. Thank god because I didn't even know where I was at lol very nice person, great customer service!!
