Bought tires for her car here, and got the lifetime rotate/balance. It was time for her first rotation, so she called Wednesday to make an appointment. The first spot they had was Saturday at 4..... I’m thinking really? How long does it take?? Anyway...she shows up at 3:48 (as printed on her receipt). They take her car back at 5:15. That’s enough to aggravate me in itself. I just have to rave about the awesome service we received from store manager, Anthony Ramey. We were having trouble with our tires on our drive home to Illinois from Alabama. We stopped at the nearest tire place and arrived at around 5 pm, an hour before closing time. They had several other customers ahead of us but still worked on our car which took them an hour and a half past closing time. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
We were on our way to Cave City, KY when we got a flat on I-65. We were able to make it to the Walmart down the road, after putting the donut on. Walmart was awful, slow, & the employees were very rude. Michel Tire went above & beyond in helping us & stayed open late to repair our tire. We would have been stranded in town if it wasn't for them.
