I was told when I booked the appointment for an oil change that I would be the first appointment of the morning and it would take less than an hour. I was there 1.5 hours. I left and got 1/2 way up the street and realized I didn't have a tag in the top left windshield to tell me when I needed to change my oil. I had to go back and the young guy that wrote the info down wasn't the brightest crayon in the box and it was sloppy so I had to write it myself. Just disappointing. After what felt like the longest night shift of my life, I ended up with a tire leaking air on my way home. Jonathan and his team were able to turn this tragedy into a testimony when they pulled me and got to work right away. Less than 2 hours and 2 new front tires later I am leaving with a smile.

I had John take a look at my car after the initial diagnosis was off, I have never felt more at ease at a mechanic shop, especially as a women. He talked to me like a human and with compassion, not just a pay check or that I was stupid for knowing nothing about cars. It really made me feel I could trust him and want to take my vehicle there without getting a runaround. I've had so many bad experiences with auto shops but I really appreciate the kindness and service I received from him and Jessica at this location.
