Very upset with the service and poor communication at Michel Tire Plus on Shelbyville road in Middletown. I was getting a new set of four tires here after my husband had a positive experience getting a full set for his vehicle a couple months ago. When they called to inform us they were done and it was ready to be picked up, they did not disclose that apparently a lug nut was missing. They did however make sure to try to sell us some lifetime alignment deal. We pick the car up minutes later (we live close) and again nothing ... read more
I’ve used Michel’s for oil changes, tire repairs and purchases, brakes, and A/C recharges over the past few years. They have always been friendly, call with updates when needed, and thoroughly explain any issues and associated charges. Highly recommend.
Erik was great. They fixed my tire & got me in and out before my phone died.
