Not sure what's going on with this place. Maybe management change in the past few months? I've had great hospitality service for years, brought my entire family over to use them. Today the hospitality was terrible. I made an appointment and I walk in to them telling me that theyre behind (I understand) and then they take a lady behind me that didnt have an appt. and immediately go jump her car. Tires plus has been performing maintenance on our vehicles for many years. Their location is perfect for our needs. We can walk home from the shop or walk to work when we need to drop off a car for service. Tony has always been friendly and helpful over the last 20+ years, and it’s nice to be recognized as returning customer. On this occasion, Ryan and Matt were my two main points of contact.
