Today's date:10/18/2025. I made an appointment online for a tire alignment for 10am. Unfortunately, I was unable to bring in the car for this service myself after making the appointment, so I asked my wife to do it for me. After arriving, My wife notified me to question the fee that was attempting to be charged. I advised her that we have lifetime rotation, balance and alignment on both cars thru Tires Plus, and not to worry, its going to be a " No Charge." Update! All is well with the Middlletown store. My faith is restored. I received a personal call from the manager. Manny assures my battery is still under warranty and it will be replaced with only labor charges. Thank you Middletown, I really didn't want to break-up with you. Good mechanics & shops are hard to find. We've been through too much together & I look forward to more to come!Â
I’ve been coming since July, and they always make me feel welcome. I spoke with Paul initially as he set up for a brand new tire. I was back a month later, due to screw in my nail and a month later a third time. Today, I got an oil change and was delivered the same amazing service! Stop by and see these guys.Â
