Great service. I was very happy. My car drives perfect
I needed a plug for my tire because it had a screw in it. I was staying in a hotel in Louisville and trying to get back home. I went to several tire service businesses and because it was Sunday they said they might get to me but I would have to leave it with them. This was not ideal given I was from out of town. Tires Plus worked me in and got me on my way before 10:00 am. I was very grateful for their prompt and professional service.

I would have given a BIG FAT GOOSE EGG if I could have!!!! I only came to this location compared to my regular location in Middletown. However after having done my due diligence of tire price quotes, adjusted store hours, appointment availability and such. I found out once at my regular location that there had been some very bad communication with me that was given from the service tech. I’ve been a loyal customer of Tires Plus for years, but after today, I will not be returning. I brought my car in due to a sound it was making when I turned right. After inspection, I was told the issue would cost $1,600 to fix. I approved the repair, only to leave and find the sound still there, now even worse. I called back and the Gentleman working the front desk on Monday June 30th, 2025 by the name of Roger told me to bring my car in again.
