I was very satsified with my experience at Tires Plus yesterday . From the time I talked with Morgan on the phone til the time I came back and got my Car. She was very attentive , nice and understanding ! They were able to find the problem , explain. To me and get it fixed in a very reasonable time . Thank you Morgan for your transparency and time !! Will keep coming back because of you !!

This location has really gone downhill. It's pointless to make an appointment with them. You'll be told to come back when they have more employees while 2 of their employees stand in the lobby chit chatting with walk ins that I assume are friends from the discussion. Horrible customer service and I was also told that a new guy they hired was very slow so they have no idea how long it would take. When 45 minutes past my appointment time came and I still saw my car in the parking lot I asked for my keys back and left. Maybe th... read more
They are always courteous and professional. The service is solid and consistent.
Corey is a godsend. I came in with the tire with the nail in it. I wanted to see if I needed to get my tire plugged or replaced initially and then I asked him if there was any way he could see if he could actually just pull the nail out And he did it with no hesitation and he came back in with a smile on his face and told me my tire did not leak.
