great service! I have taken my vehicle there for many an oil change and found that they upsell very well, looking out for the customer,
Loved it, loved the new manager! I went to Tires Plus roswell because my car was shuddering. I was worried it was the transmission because when I would floor the car the engine would take awhile to catch up. They looked over the car and told me all I needed was a tune up. They replaced plugs, wires, and a coil pack ?, and it runs wonderful. These guys are really nice, and yes salesmen but they cared about my car and when I said no on services they were totally cool. I will come here and recommend it to my friends.
Warning: SCAM A few days ago I went to this auto shop for new shoes on my rear brakes. Little did they know that only a few days before this visit, I frequently work on my car myself. After an hour of waiting for an estimate, I received a call from one of the workers. Apparently, my wheel bearing and cylinder were about to go out and my bill was now racked up to nearly $600. victim i have had a lot of experiences with this shop.i spent about $1400.00 for tires, alignment, etc. i bought the first set and they did alignment that time about 2-3 months later and (10-12k miles) i burned the front tires completely they said i had to rotate the tires at 5-6k miles, nest time they changed my front tires (they gave me one of them for free) with alignment same thing happened again , and they said my tie rods was bad. i paid about $400.00 to change tie rods and another couple of tires.about 3-4 months late... read more
Tire plus ? They dont know anything about vehicle engine PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE !!! Here is the story that happened to me. My vehicle was showing service engine soon light. I took the vehicle to this place and there was a fat mechanic who took the vehicle & they told that the o2 sensor to be replaced and they charged $350 for this. Don't go here Terrible! I took my car in for an alingment and to get 2 tires patched, both if which had nails in them. After waiting 3.5 hours, the car was finally done. Everything was great until the next morning when i discovered both tires they had patched were nearly flat. I called and relayed the situation. They told me to bring it in anytime. Tires Plus has horrible customer service! While putting new tires on our Jetta the tech lost grip of the compressor hose and it flung around banging our car up from bumper to bumper on one side. They did not offer an apology or explanation and were very flippant in telling us to just get an estimate. We got an estimate the next day $3600.00 plus a rental car for 3 days - and they lost it! Busy Place! If how busy an establishment is any indication of their quality, then Tires Plus is tops. They are always very busy. Nevertheless, they are very prompt, friendly and do a great job on oil changes. It is hard to get an appointment, but they do happily take walk-ins and we have never been turned away. Even as a walk-in service was done quickly.
Tires Plus in Oak Creek Why in the world doesn't this location's computer system interface with the Tire's Plus in Waukesha. It is such an inconvience that I have to search for old receipts in order to get credit on a lifetime guarantee for break pads!!!!
