Missing my $400 Engine cover off a 2017 JEEP Wrangler Sport after they did my oil change. Was told the new part was $360 and they were waiting to get one from a junk yard to make me whole. Called Corporate where a case was started but no one would give their full name! ANYONE that tells you this place is good or can be trusted is lying to you! Michael might want to be careful; he might have as bad a day as I just had when he laughed at my concerns about my $38000 JEEP.
I have used Tires Plus for five years and have never been disappointed. Very fast, very friendly...and honest. I'll be back!
We purchased tires and battery there about 2 years ago. All of these should have had awe have been going to Rire Plus for over 5 years. So has my other half/ They have always been nice and always never overcharged us. There are new people in there now and one man was very rude to me 11/13/2024. Tires Plus, 1000 W Bay, Largo, FL. I purchased four 70,000-mile tires at $1,078.00, along with a supposed warranty. This morning, I had a flat and brought it in. Tony the manager said the flat was 75% used and they could only warranty 25% off my bill. I drove 24,000 miles total on the 70,000-mile tire. I used about %34.29 of the tire not %75. TIRES PLUS - MALL PARKWAY, LITHONIA GEORGIA. Do not go to this Tiresplus -- for that matter, none of them. For starters, my first visit was for a battery and brake caliber. Returned the battery for another one a month later. Two weeks later it was dead - returned got another one - same thing! I called on a Monday to order a new tire for a defective one I was driving on and they ordered a new one. The following day the tire did come in and I was asked if I could come in the following morning for the service. I said theoretically I could but that I didnt really want to drive all the way home that night and then back down to them the following morning (considering the tires condition) and they fit us in the same night. Kudos to the team at King of Prussia!
Today was my first and LAST visit to Tires Plus on Garden Street in Titusville. On jury duty at the courthouse, I had limited time to deal with a nail in my tire while on my lunch break. When I pulled my Lexus into Tires Plus, the girl said, "We have people on standby who can look at it now." Beware of this Fraud! Tire plus in King of Prussia says that we can get lifelong tire alignment if we pay them a particular amount. They also say that if we buy tires from them, they will give lifelong tire rotation for free. Every time we go to them for an oil change, we ask them to do these two lifelong service and they never do it. They give an excuse that they have checked it and the tires don't need any alignment and the tire rotation is not needed too. if it is easy they screw it up call backs expect plenty and well very limited staffing and product knowledge
