I called this Michel Tires Plus the day BEFORE I took my car in to make sure what time to bring it in so that I didn't have to stay there all day--that did NO GOOD! First they do NOT offer the FREE DIAGNOSTIC SCAN that they had advertised out front! They told me right up front that this scan would cost me $100! When I finally agreed to that, they printed out a form for me to sign and they were charging me $115--not $100! I had also purchased a LIFETIME ALIGNMENT WARRANTY which was the ORIGINAL reason I went there! They ... read more
