The entire experience was great for my son's procedure; Dr Matouk was fantastic, and the results are awesome. Thats where it stopped for me; after all the pre-authorizations and out-of-pocket expenses the Hospital billed for another $4400.00. This was after we paid $7500 to Matouk's office. After months of back-and-forth with Matouk's billing department and countless conversations with the Hospital and insurance my son was sent to collections (18 years old).
