Dr. Kafrouni is a very kind doctor. He has taken care of multiple members of my family over the years, and I highly recommend him. My mother has severe ulcer disease, and he takes very good care of her. She has commented to me about how very kind he is to her. He is currently also taking care of my son. I am pleased with him and his quality of care.⭐️
Dr Kafrouni is kind, patient, humble and listens attentively. I reached out to him urgently once on a Saturday evening and he responded immediately. He was out of town but still showed up on a Sunday to attend to a family member who was being hospitalized. You don't find doctors like him any more. I highly recommend him.
Customer care support will not return your phone calls when in need of medical attention. That is very unprofessional .
We've used Dr Kafrouni and Dr Ojeas at this facility for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional, expeditious and very friendly.
Staff is very efficient courteous and responsive to immediate needs. The most Pain free IV starting and anesthesia balance rendering a perfect colonoscopy procedure. Initial results sent home with me the same day.
