Michel is a very knowledgeable and dedicated massage therapist. He knows a lot about pain management through therapeutic massage and really understands how to alleviate pain through addressing trigger points and understanding the mechanics of the human body and how it works. He shares ways to prevent recurrence of pain with his clients as well. I recommend seeing him if you have muscle pain, and also for a great relaxing massage once your pain is gone!
