They were very clear about the estimated initial costs (400-800), and I agreed to it. During the work, they included a pressure regulator which turned out to be unnecessary for the whole system. The foreman came by and mentioned that he would have the journeyman and apprentice do a temporary fix, then return later for a complete solution. Instead of a flexible hose, they installed a new piece of copper pipe. I can't recommend Micheal & Sons Plumbing enough. They were great to work with for my plumbing needs, including the installation of a new water heater and setting up new drain lines under a concrete slab. I had a hard time getting a call back from other plumbers, but Micheal & Sons Plumbing were exceptional. Bernard, who works in the office, was straightforward about scheduling an estimate and completion of the work.
