We had trouble with the pilot light on our water heater—it just wouldn’t stay lit. I called Micheal & Sons Plumbing in the morning, and by mid-morning, Collin showed up ready to fix the problem. When our main water shut-off valve broke, we were left without any water in the house. I called Micheal & Sons Plumbing around 10am because a pipe had burst and water was leaking everywhere in my Duncanville home. Bernard answered the phone and listened to my issue. He told me he could be there quickly, and arrived about an hour later. Bernard got started right away, located the leak that was causing all the trouble, and had it fixed in less than half an hour. He was friendly and professional—when I offered him a cold drink, he politely declined. Really impressed with the fast and efficient service!
