Very pleased with the doctors and facility. Dr. "Chez" was very thorough and attentive. Staff was very polite and organized. Will definitely return and refer friends and family.
My "routine eye appointment" ended up costing me over $100 when my insurance would have covered it if the office had given me the service I requested. I asked for an exam but was charged for a medical appointment, which is not covered by my insurance. And I still have to go get an eye exam (somewhere else, for sure!) because my insurance requires me to do so. Total lack of communication on Harman's part! I will be going elsewhere.
I visited the one located on Langhorne Rd, boy was I disappointed. I have keratoconus, and explained this when I made the appointment and upon arrival. Everyone assured me they understood the disease and there would not be a problem. I have never been treated so rudely after the doctor assured me we were done for the day when I received a call from staff asking me to return, after I was halfway home (Appomattox).
