Just had the best haircut and style from Clara. So so happy!
I came to get shampoo and conditioner 20 mins before closing yet the doors were locked, the lady at the front desk didnt even look up... Why say you are closed at 5pm on google if the doors are locked at 4:40pm? I left work early to get here in time yet still late because of locked doors. For sure wont be coming back here, sadly not convenient for locals to get salon products....
First time here, short review: NOT WORTH Explanation: I really wanted to try this salon for a long time, i have missed couple of times bcz i was running late they are VERY STRICT on time which is acceptable but then i also expect good customer service when i am on time. Apparently, this salon has a zero-tolerance policy for clients who expect their hair to look good. 8 years ago, I was pregnant, losing hair, and just wanted a cut that didn’t look like a horror show. Instead of fixing their repeated mistakes, the manager had the audacity to call me before my appointment and “fire” me as a client.
