The man who answered the phone is very rude and seems like you are wasting his time. Will not be calling again.
We've used Scott for years as have many of our clients. His work has always been spot on & he's also been very efficient about getting the job completed quickly and completely.

Have a 24/7 call center. Had an electrical fire in the suite. Contacted Michaud for help. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and asked where I was calling from. Being that I oversee multiple locations across the US, she rudely advised that they do not work with anyone out of state and hung up. we needed help. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR HELP...... EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
