Horrible experience!! Tried to get my son in for over a year. 1st time they cancelled it for no reason. 2nd time it was cancelled after it was confirmed multiple times and new patient paperwork was filled out 2x. had a 2:45 appt. on the way there they decided to send me a text message canceling. Ofcourse i called furious because again this is the 2nd time this has happened. I love this office. They are so good with my grandkids and Dr.Nur was very personable. Even Mr.Nick at the front greeted us when we walked in and made sure we were checked in and good to go for our appointment. He even made sure I got school notes for my kids because I honestly would have forgotten about them. He went above and beyond and scheduled our follow ups so that way when we were done we could just check out and leave. It was a fast and easy process.The staff is so kind and I truly will recommend this dental practice... read more

Horrible dentist, no sympathy for my minor child, who recently had a surgery , a tooth had to be taken from her mouth which was recommended from Ana G., which was very traumatic for my daughter. Her follow up appointment we did not even get a chance to see the dentist due to the fact that she had us waiting for over an hour and did not come in to tell us about the delay. He’ll everyone wanted to take this time to say how nice and kind this office was. I’m daughter and son have been going to this off since they were 2 years old and now their 12 and 10 years old. My kids absolutely love this office. From the time you walk in this off til the time we left the staff was phenomenal and kid friendly. The doctors are super patient and kind with my kids. Everytime we go we ask to have the assistant by the name of Ms Faye. My kids were so scared of the dentist. But Ms Faye made them very comfortable.... read more

Office manager extremely rude. Rude to patients and employees. She is the orthodontist/owner’s wife and she uses it to her advantage to bully employees and patients. If you’ve ever experienced her wrath, and 2nd guessed yourself; trust me it was her and not you. Please call your insurance company and complain if you can. Her behavior is unacceptable.

My 4 and 2 yr. old grandsons just came from there. The staff Janice was very rude to them and to parents when they asked questions. I have worked in the Medical Field for yrs. and I feel there is a need to know about this. These are children who are scared in the first place. The last time he went was a really bad experience for one of them. So please if you are having a bad day take it to GOD in prayer.
