Dr. Wilson is fantastic and is the first doctor that I felt actually listened to my concerns without being dismissive. She was willing to work with my insurance to get me the care I needed. However, the low rating is for the overall experience. There is at least one member of the office staff who is extremely rude on the phone. I love Dr Wilson. She has a great bedside manner. She’s thorough and runs her office In a very efficient manner. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes upon arrival.
