We had our business with them for nearly 7 years, initially introduced by our bank. Unfortunately, what started as a great supportive vendor turned into what felt like a predatory relationship. Annual fee agreement, spurned all sorts of 'additional' invoice events. Extremely bad company. Unresponsive, and unhelpful. I had to chase them up over 25 times for lodgement to which they didn't respond then the only response I got was an invoice. Then when stated that my company lodgement not done they gaslight me. They justify themselves for not doing anything. I would not use this company ever, arrogant people who treat you poorly and charge you an excessive amount for very little work.
