We booked a guide for our trip to Universal Studios. I was very overwhelmed with trying to plan everything and pack it all into 2 days. Kelly put my mind at ease and patiently answered all of my questions. But the best part was our guide, Joey (who my kids called "Uncle Joey" within the first 20 minutes of meeting him). Brilliant service that made our trip super smooth and really enjoyable. Everyone involved was proactive, responsive, super knowledgable and positive. As first time Disney visitors from overseas we had no idea how to start planning the trip and Michael and team made it all work perfectly, from getting to and from the parks, choosing rides and attractions, avoiding queues, eating well and planning the days overall.
We had a great experience and would highly recommend!
I was a little skeptical at first without being able to have a guide with us in person, and was already considering using Disney’s VIP service. My fears were so quickly calmed down with my first phone call. I could not be more thrilled with choosing Michael’s VIP. We did 4 parks in 3 days rode every single ride that was worth riding and never once waited longer than 10 min in any line. We had people in Disney’s VIP tour next to us in line twice.
