I was a little skeptical at first without being able to have a guide with us in person, and was already considering using Disney’s VIP service. My fears were so quickly calmed down with my first phone call. I could not be more thrilled with choosing Michael’s VIP. We did 4 parks in 3 days rode every single ride that was worth riding and never once waited longer than 10 min in any line. We had people in Disney’s VIP tour next to us in line twice. We had such a Magical experience at Disney World because of the work of Michael’s VIP. The most important part was that he so helped us organize our itinerary over the 4 Disney Parks plus universal studios so that we could capitalize on the time we were there. Michael and his team guidance was amazing and made a world of difference! Worth every penny. Especially since we were trying to coordinate so many people.
