Contact by phone. I told him the issue with my LG led TV. He hung up, text me to send model #. I sent a video of the issue and pic of model # just to see if it’s worth repairing. No response. Following week I went to his shop. No one present. I called, told him I was at the shop. He said he’ll do repairs at my home. I said no, I’m at his shop. He hung up on me again. Very unprofessional, a real jerk and shop looks abandoned.
Good work, interesting man, highly recommend.
