Simply the best, great food, great service &great atmosphere – We have visited Michael's many times over the past few years and each time are expectations are exceeded. A few words describe our experience, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, GRACIOUS, EXCEPTIONAL FOOD, SUPERB SERVICE are a few of those words. Our recent discovery of GREAT food and gracious hosts – our recent second visit, proved our first incredible experience was not a fluke. As owners of legendary AAA FOUR DIAMOND Inn we search for the best dining experiences when we are away from the Inn. If you want a cold meal and a hostess with an attitude – Michael's grill is where you should go!
AWFUL SERVICE, DISRESPECTFUL – Everyone understands when a restaurant is busy or having an off night...but to be treated with disrespect is unacceptable and very disappointing. Me or my family will never return. Ran out of food (and wasn't informed until a substitute was brought to the table and we questioned it), food was cold, when we questioned the owner and wife we were given major attitude and disrespect. Great food and some great jazz music with vocals on TH, FR, SAT – In a little shopping center in Penfield is Michael's Valley Grill. You can drive by it if you are not looking but find it and go in, eat and enjoy some really good jazz and vocals. Veal Romano, Lemon Torte and Baby Back Ribs are wonderful. Little on the expensive side but worth it.
