It’s interesting to read all these reviews about negligence in safety and the response from the company saying they take it seriously. If that were the case there wouldn’t be so many complaints. I can tell you first hand they don’t take it seriously because I was cut off by one of these buses the other day. The fact they have so many incidents of lack of judgment would completely deter me from using this company to transport children anywhere. I scheduled a field trip last month to PAL in Alameda with our two second grade classes and two first grade classes.Our pick up time was 8:30 with the show starting at 9:30. The driver didn't arrive for pick up until 9:20. We requested a second bus for a 10:30 show as well and THAT driver didn't arrive to the school until 10:15. We not only missed all but 20 minutes of the show but denied entrance due to being late, the show started and no late admittance. What a day!! If I could rate "0", I would.
Great school. Helped me learn manual when i wasn't confident & i passed my CDL class a license test. I knew nothing about trucks before attending & they did everything they can for me to succeed & pass my test. Cant thank them enough. When you attend learn that Pre Trip & Airbrakes! Those are the most important to learn. Study like you've never studied before & remember your goal. Thanks MTS!
