ON advice from friends (whom this attorney saved thousands) I hired Timothy Michaels. After attempting to do a land contract by myself and dealing with late payments, people renting to others, and basically destroying the house. He drafted an agreement, handled all the go between and I will never have to deal with these people again. Now I get to try to sell for the balance owed, if I can get it.
