Great! Awesome! Had bad credit at the time and they still approved me with easy payments. Very helpful staff and have a large selection at the store as well as in the catalog. I'm a Whittier local, and there's a reason why Michaels has been there for almost 20 years now!

HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE Customer Service! Ordered a Bedroom set. They damaged a piece of furniture on deliver, said they will order a new, never called back, always gave dates on when they would deliver a new. Run-around Run-around without thought of the customer.
Great furniture store! I've been a customer there for 10 years now and just ask them to add to my account. All sales reps are very helpful, and they have a great variety on furniture at the store as well as in the catalog. A great small business in Whittier :)!!
Average Merchandise This is an average small furniture store. I was looking for a bedroom set so I stopped at this store. They had several sets on display, but it was the same merchandise that was in all the other stores that I had already visited. They had a catalogue that you could order from also. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
