service is terrible.after ordering a part which took weeks because they forgot to order a two day part for an ice maker.Then he broke a cover that holds wires in.They ordered that which took 3 weeks, and now they say we have to also pay for the part they broke.
My dryer died today. Called at 2 o'clock. They had the one I wanted in stock. And actually delivered it 2 hours later!!! Excellent service!!
Service is awesome, Christmas Eve they came and fixed my washer.
