Purchase Seadoo Ponton boat and a $ 4400.00 electric bike and got no introduction to what we purchased and had to wait for 3 hours to get both items. They did not go through the particulars of the product purchased. Weak. We should required this but we needed to get to Tahoe with the boat. Maybe they should do something for us or do some after sales training and have a product turnover checklist.
I visited on July 6 to purchase a spare wheel for my Can-Am, but they didn't have the size I needed in stock, so I ordered one. A week later, I hadn't received a call to confirm its arrival. When I stopped by on July 13, the parts guy checked and said it was in stock. However, the tire and bead lock were handed to me without a rim or mounting service, despite mounting being arranged when I purchased the setup.
