Updates: reached out to the dealer for solutions, and in the meantime I placed my check hold until this is resolved. Then I received a threat message from a sales manager, see the photo attachment. This place is disgusting, zero respect to customers,avoid it at all costs. Just bought a brand new Jetski (2024 model)from them today, and went to wildlife department for registration, I was told the ski was already registered to another owner back in May… in another word, they sold me a used ski as new machine!
