DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They have so many lawsuits pending they continue to do business under different names. Do NOT rent from them - they are crooks who are making tons of money off college students every year. Their apts are not kept up & when you move out, they will lie & steal about the condition of your apartment so that your security deposit is nearly wiped out. Never live there!! The worst service
Apt was filthy. Carpet sanitation card left in apt upon our arrival. Carpet dirty and still had left over debris from previous occupants. Hairballs clogging every drain. Miscellaneous paint touch ups throughout apt. They couldn't even give it a fresh paint job. Obviously take advantage of college students who are on a time crunch to move in. The most rude, unfriendly, unhelpful people alive. All they care about is leeching money from you. They are literally criminals. If you are choosing between renting from and somewhere else - do yourself a favor and spare yourself the worst renting experience of your life. I don't know what kind of people want to exploit college students, the worst.
