We had an issue that required me to shut off the water to the house. I talked with Michael’s about 8AM and they had a technician at our house by 1PM. The technician, Patrick, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a cost estimate for the resolution. Patrick was professional and friendly and quickly worked to implement the solution. This was my first experience with Michael’s plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

He was professional, detailed, friendly, and informative and left me extremely satisfied with the work.
