I hate these plazas. They need to do better. Plus the parking in this one is terrible
Usually when I go to any Michaels regardless of what my purchase will be I don't have the need to request for service, thank goodness for that, I asked for a few pointers on where items were located and instant regret , even the staff that's designated to where I was looking in was of no help, very rude and disrespectful, the much older ladies who usually tend to the registers are the worst of all, I was using a coupon and was enteringy number, anyone who uses coupons at Michaels knows you gotta try but a few methods to get ... read more
