Today marks the third time I’ve ordered chicken Alfredo that’s supposed to come with bowtie pasta but received spaghetti noodles. It’s frustrating to drop $50 on 2 pastas and a sandwich to get something different than expected. They need to update the menu if this is a permanent change.

Very friendly workers & great pizza
We just moved here in the last month and had an amazing pizza place we loved where we used to live. With relocating for our jobs, we wanted to find a mom and pop instead of a franchise pizza place. That’s when we stumbled to Michael’s. We have been so loyal and haven’t been anywhere else pizza wise. We tell everyone about this place and explain how good and how the prices are spectacular. We have been longtime customers of Michael's, but not anymore. I believe they have either changed owners or they just don't care anymore. For starters, they upgraded their computer systems and "lost" all the points their loyal customers earned being...loyal. Then today, we ordered a half veggie, half deluxe pizza that was supposed to have beef. We got just a sprinkling of whatever it was, the green peppers were still crisp, and the crust doughy.
