I have used Michael's Mechanical on two occasions for homes I was selling in estate administrations. On both occasions Michael's Mechanical responded quickly and kept me informed through the repair process. They are professional, competent and reasonable. Michael's Mechanical has become my go to and who I refer to those looking for HVAC repairs and installations.

My God, my prayers were answered! It was Friday afternoon around 4:00 pm. My air conditioner stopped working, and it was 114 degrees outside. I called every company in the area, and most of them did not even answer the phone, and when they did, they said it would be a week or more before they would be able to come out.
