So just one last post from my party who was given the wrong vehicle and not accommodated for because the company believed we were too hard to work with...I don't think it's that hard to get in touch with a business owner especially when their business was at fault. Poor communication and terrible service. Company was rude and unprofessional. The vehicle provided was very cramped for the amount of passengers it could supposedly hold, had duct tap in place of the gas cap, and was not what was outlined in the contract. The driver was confused regarding the payment and included tip (as requested by the company, all in cash). Lastly, we did not feel the driver was able to safely maneuver the stretch Hummer in tight spaces. Do not recommend.
