Today (09/19/17), one of your livery drivers in a Lincoln with the license plate "mikes8" was being a complete ass,driving in the high speed lane on 128N, at approx 5:45 P.M. He was just holding back at the same speed as the car on his right and not allowing cars in the high speed lane to pass. There were no cars in front of him. After several miles, with me flashing my lights and honking at him, he finally slowed way down and took his sweet time switching into the right hand lane.
