After hours locksmith did not call us back as promised and was a no show to unlock our house for our teenager, waited two hours and had to call someone else who showed up within 15 minutes.

They went above and beyond to help me with my key and fog car problem. These are the nicest two people I have come across in years. They really care about the customer. Thank you for all you did for me.
Had an issue with programming a key fob. Brought it to one locksmith who was unable to program it then brought it to Michael's. They got it programmed and at a very fair price. Highly recommend and will use them for all of our future locksmith needs.
