I lost the keys to my safe, containing my passport. Leaving out of the country (Costa Rica w/ my wife) in the next few days. Jeff was able to gain entry & rekey in under 30 minutes. Thank you, again Jeff & Jacob. You guys might have just saved my marriage. Once again, I highly recommend this shop.
As a new Texan myself, I had heard the stories about the culture prior to moving here. It's not that I didnt believe it, I just never experienced it before. So Jeff ... my man, thank you for showing me that Texas love.
I dealt with their main office. I called told them that I needed two doors rekey and one door repaired a total of three doors. They come out and only rekeyed one door and fix one.Door after I call back and explain what happened. The lady said she'll call me back instead of calling me back and telling me, yes, there was a misunderstanding. We're gonna get right on that. And she began to tell me that the guy who came out.
