Michael and his staff have provided me and my family members very high quality and friendly service over the several decades in which he's been in business. Usually it's small things like minor repairs or swapping watch batteries, but the work is always done well and on time.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. They sat with me for over an hour to go over my late mother’s jewelry collection, patiently explaining everything to me and answering my questions, and gave honest recommendations. Thank you!

Michael , Dallas and staff provide fantastic customer service . I am always so happy with the work they have done on my wedding set , repairs and remakes have been beautifully crafted . I am always a happy customer :)
