Went to Michael's today with a friend to get her ring cut off. Other places didn't feel comfortable with it but Sandy was willing to do it. She was amazing! So kind, so quick, so professional! I will definitely be going to Michael's in the future for all of my jewelry needs.
I took my ring in to be sized down. The service was amazing! Vanessa was super nice! My ring ended up being ready before the date she promised. It was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them!
