The staff at this location ruined what should have been exciting and enjoyable shopping experiences. They were not helpful when I had a return/exchange to make nor did they offer any assistance with ordering or locating an item when their store did not have it in stock. They suggested I travel to another store for the item instead of offering to have the item shipped from another location to this one, which is the most convenient for me.
